十國論壇 任務擔當

清晨的陽光溫和地打在新加坡PARKROYAL酒店。推開宴會廳大門的那一刻，螢幕已投上了「東協十國論壇會」的背景，攝像機也都已穩穩的坐在三腳架上，台上台下都是身穿著深藍色制服、正忙碌的身影。這群辦事人員來自新加坡道場大事紀，正為4月28至29日的東協十國論壇會進行現場準備。

Upholding Responsibilities in the Southeast Asia – 10 Forum
The early morning sunlight, soft and diffused, shone on PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore. When the doors of the sky ballroom opened, the backdrop with the words “Southeast Asia – 10 Forum” were already projected across the screen. In the corners of the spacious room, the cameras were set firmly on the tripods. Looking across the ballroom floor were individuals dressed in navy blue, hustling to get ready for the big day. They were the crew from the Singapore Chong-De Tao Society’s Media Team, conducting on-site preparation for the Southeast Asia – 10 Forum held on 28-29th April 2023.

責無旁貸 盡心了愿

發一崇德新加坡道場承蒙一貫道總會付託學習承辦首屆的東協十國論壇會。為此論壇，全體道親又興奮又振奮。大事紀組也責無旁貸，接受了這次的具有挑戰的任務。經過無數次的開會討論，才擬定了方案，分成3個小隊進行：攝影、直播及電腦音控。作為大事紀組的一員，我們必須時刻戰兢，想方設法，快速的應變。通過科技，把最好的視覺體驗呈現給來自各國的嘉賓。

Duty-Bound and Dedication to Fulfilling Our Vows
The Singapore Fa-Yi Chong-De Tao Society received the honorable opportunity to organize the inaugural Southeast Asia – 10 Forum. In preparation for this forum, the Tao community was filled with excitement and anticipation. The Media Team also saw this as an opportunity and readily took on this challenging mission. After countless meetings and discussions, they crafted a comprehensive plan which divided the team into three working groups: the photography, live-broadcasting, and audio-visual support teams. As a member of the Media Team, we had to constantly be on our toes, be flexible and adapt to any situation. Using technology, we aimed to deliver the best audio and visual experience to our esteemed guests from all nations.

群策群力 發揮所長

人心齊，泰山移。團結才能突破種種困難，團結才能展現最好一面。論壇三天流程，大家把自己的崗位做好，群策群力，培養默契，分工合作，一心為論壇留下精彩動人的畫面。感謝中心的指導讓我們發揮所長，電子報給我們機會嘗試做翻譯，無形中增加了學習及了愿的機會。

Collaboration and Leveraging Strengths
Teamwork makes the dream work. Unity is the key to overcoming any challenges. Unity is the key to presenting our best selves. For the three days, every member played their part as we built chemistry, and worked together to capture the heartwarming snippets of the forum. We are immensely grateful for the guidance from the Chong-De Tao Society and for the opportunity given to us to translate the E-paper articles on the forum. It provided us the chance for us to learn, grow, and fulfil our vows. 

接軌世界 拓展道務

這場盛會不只是各國代表、學者與專家互相交流與探討的平台。同時也為我們小後學們提供機會與台灣發一崇德大事紀/電子報團隊學習及互相切磋。大事紀不再只是道場活動的紀載人員，而是要成為道場的創建者。隨著時代變遷，社交媒體的演變，大事紀成為了白陽時代道場與世界的橋樑。

Connecting with the World, Propagating Tao to the World
This distinguished forum was not only a platform for delegates, scholars, and experts to network and discuss, it was also an avenue for us to learn from and interact with the professionals from the Taiwan Fa-Yi Chong-De Tao Society Media Team. The Media Teams are no longer passive events documenters, we need to become creators who can represent the Tao community. With the evolution of social media and technology, the Media Team has the duty to become the bridge between the Tao societies of the Bai-Yang Era and the world.

肩負重責 勇往直前

跟上時代的步伐，讓大道普遍全世界。幕前幕後的每位有心道親都是替師救渡眾生的白陽天使。感恩前人祂老的睿智，設立了十組運作，讓每位道親能通過自己的專長，為道場犧牲奉獻。身為十組之一的大事紀，我們承載著重責。以栩栩如生的照片、身臨其境的影片、扣人心弦的文字及耳熟能詳的樂曲，讓世界各國人認識一貫道。

Shouldering Heavy Responsibilities, We Forge Ahead
We need to keep up with the times to propagate Tao to the world. Every Tao member, whether in the forefront, or working humbly behind the scenes, are the angels of the Bai-Yang Era, each with the duty to assist our Holy Teacher Ji-Gong Living Buddha to save all sentient beings. We are sincerely grateful for the wisdom of Reverend Elder, Qian Ren, for implementing the ten functional groups to allow all Tao members to contribute to the Tao community in their own ways. As one of the ten pillars of the Tao community, the Media Team shoulders great responsibilities. Through vivid photographs, thought-provoking videos, touching and gripping words and familiar tunes, we will introduce the world to I-Kuan-Tao.

感恩前賢 展望未來

感謝一貫道總會給予新加坡道場這次機會承辦這場盛會。感謝中心的指導，讓小後學們有機會了愿，磨練技術的同時，也得到身心靈上的提升。齊心協力，攜手同行，新加坡一貫道加油！

Grateful and Inspired
We express our gratitude to the I-Kuan-Tao Association for entrusting the Singapore Chong-De Tao Society with the chance to organize this event. Thank you to the headquarters for the guidance and the opportunity to fulfill our vows. While we hone our technical skills, we also received nourishment of the heart, mind, and soul. Together with one heart, let’s go Singapore I-Kuan-Tao!
