2023寶光崇正《扎根引領大專學子道之啟迪》

10月28日、29日是難得的日子，寶光崇正特別為大專生開設大學進德班，這也是上天所給予的最好禮物！

These were such special days on 28th and 29th of October 2023. Bao-Guang Chong-Zheng specially held the Youth Jin-De Class for college students, which is the best gift from Heaven!

互相勉勵 快樂進階
大德翁領導前人嵩慶在早上帶來精彩的課堂，開啟了兩天大學進德班的序幕。大德翁領導前人與大專生分享進階班的殊勝與好處，在平常的進階班中，除了在日常中跟同修培養感情、快樂學習、互相勉勵，更在不知不覺中增加大家對「道」的信心。大德翁領導前人勉勵在場的大專生，鼓舞他們是眾生的希望，讓大專生更加確信自己是那道帶給他人溫暖的光！

Encouraging each other and Advancing happily
The Leading Shu-Niu Weng Song-Qing gave us a wonderful class in the morning, which kicked off the two-day Youth Jin-De class for us. This time he shared with everyone the excellence and benefits of the advanced class. In weekly advanced classes, class members not only cultivate relationships with fellow Dao members in daily life, learn happily, and encourage each other, but also unknowingly increase their confidence in the Dao path. He said that we are hopes, making us more confident that we are the light that brings warmth to others!

擇道而行 堅持不懈
處於現行動盪的時代，能遇到仙佛慈悲，正是班期殊勝的地方。本次韓湘子大仙臨壇提醒大家要堅持自己，並做出對的選擇，更勉勵遇到困難時不必恐懼，因為身旁還有同修和仙佛！為了眾生，要當自己是「道」的救生員，共登彼岸，堅持下去，苦盡會甘來，浴火會重生！

Choosing the Dao path and Persevering
In this turbulent age, it is special for the class to encounter Buddhas come to altars giving us compassionate words. Han Xian-Zi Buddha came to the class this time, not only reminding us to insist on making the right choice for ourselves, but also encouraging not to be afraid when encountering difficulties because there are fellow Dao members and Buddhas around us. For the sake of sentient beings, be the Dao lifeguard and achieve the sacred shore together. Persist and persevere, sweetness will come after bitterness, and rebirth will follow the baptism of fire!

明察秋毫 心理偵探
人人都想要一位別人的神隊友！自己便是其中之一，然神隊友又如何當？翁點傳師瑋鍼藉由「廣結善緣．創造神隊友」這堂課，以案例介紹如何判斷想法與感受，一起探討大家說話時，關心對方潛在的需要及自身應注意事項，學習了解自己的情緒，並且發揮同理心，發現他人的需求，才能廣結善緣，成為他人的神隊友！最後透過有趣的分組競賽，在刺激與歡樂的過程中知道團結合作的重要性。

Discerning minute details and Being a psychological detective
An excellent teammate! Everyone wants an excellent teammate! We are one of them, but how can we be an excellent teammate?
Through the course "Building Strong Bonds: Creating Exceptional and Excellent Teammates," Master Weng Wei-Zhen used examples to illustrate how to discern thoughts and feelings. We collectively discussed the importance of considering others' underlying needs while speaking and being mindful of our own considerations. We learned to understand our emotions, practice empathy, and identify others' needs in order to build strong bonds and become excellent teammates. Finally, through an engaging group competition, we realized the importance of unity and collaboration in a stimulating and joyful environment.

走出書本 開拓視野
在翁壇主晟航「讀萬卷書行萬里路」的課程中，壇主分享自己在佛堂裡的修辦故事，例如擔任司儀、參與推廣蔬食頻道、護持進階班、英文法會及出國開荒等。其中「因為道，而走向世界。」是最為令人印象深刻的一句話，壇主透過活動照片的紀錄，和班員們分享到印度、孟加拉渡眾的故事，並且分享安設佛堂的好處。

Step out of the books and Broaden horizons
In Lecturer, also an altar owner, Weng Sheng-Hang's course "Read Ten Thousand Books, Travel Ten Thousand Miles", he shared his personal stories of Dao cultivation, such as serving as a master of ceremonies, participating in the promotion of vegetarian channels, supporting and attending advanced classes, holding English Soul and Body Dharma Seminar, and propagating Dao abroad. For me, the most impressive words in the class were "Embark on a journey to the world because of the Dao." The lecturer shared the stories of propagating Dao in India and Bangladesh with the class members through recorded activity photos and highlighted the benefits of establishing Holy altar.

生命無常 把握當下
胡領班定宇在傍晚時為大家帶來「生命中美好的缺憾」這門課。紀錄片驚心動魄的畫面，深深刻印在班員們的心中，猶如身歷其境的感受令大多數人不經悲從中來，不少班員眼眶泛紅，眼角濕潤感受著生命的無常。

因為小時候父母便不在身旁，透過自身的成長經驗，讓大家明白「及時行孝」的重要性，不留下遺憾。也讓大家知道「道」要自己走，偶爾有人陪，但人都會離開！明天不一定就是未來，也有可能就是末日。昨天不一定就是過去，也有可能就是現在。活在當下，把握現存的每一秒，珍惜短暫且不易的時光！

Life is impermanent, so seize the present moment.
In the evening, Lecturer Hu Ding-Yu brought us the course "The Beautiful Regrets in Life." The gripping scenes from the documentary deeply impressed the class members, as if they had experienced the events themselves. Many couldn't help but feel a profound sadness, with some even having red eyes and moist corners as they sensed the impermanence of life. Growing up without parents around during childhood, through his personal experiences, he made everyone understand the importance of "filial piety in time" to avoid regrets. He also made everyone realize that "the path of Dao" is to be walked alone, occasionally with companions, but people will eventually depart. Tomorrow is not necessarily the future; it could be the end. Yesterday is not necessarily the past; it could be the present. Live in the present, seize every second, and cherish the fleeting and precious time!

蔡點傳師玲君帶領書寫家書的環節，在舒緩的音樂中，讓自己的心靜下來，將心裡想對家人說的話，不論在人間或在天上。用文字記錄下來，訴說那些未說出口的話，將思念與想法傳達給家人。藉由神聖的焚燒家書活動，叩求仙佛慈悲傳達給已逝的家人們，感謝天恩師德給予這樣特殊的機會！

Master Chai Ling-Jun led the session of writing family letters, creating a tranquil atmosphere with soothing music to calm the heart. Participants wrote down their thoughts for their family members, whether they are in the mortal world or in Heaven. They recorded words that had remained unspoken, conveying their longing and thoughts to their loved ones. Through the sacred ritual of burning the family letters, they kowtowed in front of Buddhas to convey their messages to their departed family members, expressing gratitude for the special opportunity granted by heavenly blessings and virtue!

法船駕起　創造光明
此外，王講師詩今亦帶給了大家豐富的遊戲課程「航向希望的方舟」。藉由諾亞方舟的故事，帶領大家進行精采的心靈旅程。動物們因災劫而必須搭乘諾亞方舟避難，經歷海上三劫逐漸失去重要的夥伴，在做出選擇之際大家心情愈發沉重。

遊戲結束時班員們分享感言：「做出選擇時，非常不捨，多希望所有動物能一起安全扺達終點！」最後王講師跟大家說：「想要大家共登彼岸，其實很簡單，從選擇做起！放動物們一條生路，斷了與眾生的惡緣，清口茹素，打造動物世界的烏托邦。」

Sailing the Dharma boat and Creating brightness
We showed gratitude to Lecturer Wang for the enriching game course "Sailing towards the Ark of Hope," which took everyone on an exciting spiritual journey through the story of Noah's Ark. The animals had to take refuge aboard Noah's Ark due to the disaster. After experiencing three hardships at sea, they gradually lost important companions, and as choices were made, everyone's mood grew heavier. At the end of the game, the class members shared their feelings, "It was so hard to make choices. We hope all the animals could reach the end safely together!" Finally, Lecturer Wang told everyone, "To lead everyone to the other sacred shore, it's actually simple: it starts with making choices! Give animals a way to live, sever the karmic ties with sentient beings, adopt vegetarianism, and build a utopia for the animal world."

認清使命 立身行道
感謝長生大帝慈悲臨壇，為大專生慈悲勉勵。大帝一臨壇便問了這兩天的感觸，班員紛紛踴躍發言，大家都感觸良多。聽著同修的故事，想著自己的過去，紛紛也不經觸動了心弦，感同身受。哭泣的、哽咽的，眼角泛著淚光，心中有著千言萬語卻不知如何訴說，大帝慢慢地引導大家說出心裡感性的話，並一一給予勉勵，告訴他們要相信自己、認清自己的使命。

Recognizing our true missions and Establishing ourselves by Dao practice and propagation
We thank the coming and teaching of Chang-Sheng longevity Buddha, who compassionately inspired us. As soon as the Buddha appeared, the Buddha inquired about our feelings over the past two days, and everyone eagerly spoke up, each sharing their own deep reflections. Listening to the stories of fellow Dao members, reminiscing about our own past, we couldn't help but be touched, feeling a shared experience. Some were in tears, choked up, with tears glistening in the corners of their eyes, their hearts full of a thousand words yet unsure of how to express them. The Buddha gently guided us to articulate our heartfelt words, giving us encouragement one by one, and reminding us to believe in ourselves and recognize our own missions.
