2025泰國一貫道總會《同網同行 共塑亮麗形象》

9月28日，來自全泰國 11個單位組線代表一早陸續抵達發一靈隱曼谷天中佛院，在地主熱情接待下完成報到，展開為期一日的「IT 人才研討會」。

On September 28, 2025, representatives from eleven I-Kuan Tao branches across Thailand gathered at Fa-Yi Ling-Yin’s Tian-Zhong Grand Temple in Bangkok. Warmly welcomed by the hosts, participants completed registration early in the morning, marking the start of a one-day IT Talent Seminar.

上午九時研討會正式舉行開幕儀式。首先由天中佛院陳娥容點傳師代表汪志冀老點傳師致歡迎詞，誠摯歡迎一貫道各組線 IT 人才的到來，讓與會者倍感賓至如歸。

The seminar officially started at 9:00 a.m. Tao Transmitting Master Chen Rong-Er of Tian-Zhong Grand Temple delivered the welcoming address on behalf of Senior Tao Transmitting Master Wang Zhi Ji, extending heartfelt greetings to IT talents from all the branches and creating a warm, homelike atmosphere.

隨後，泰國總會陳國華理事長特別致贈研討會助金，並感謝天中佛院汪老點傳師、陳點傳師及全體工作團隊的周到安排與熱誠接待。他強調，此次研討會不僅是研討，更是奠定未來各工作團隊在網路平台上扮演的重要角色與影響力的起點。

Following this, Mr. Chen Guohua, President of the I-Kuan Tao (Anutharatham) Thailand Headquarters, presented a support fund for the seminar. He expressed sincere gratitude to Senior Tao Transmitting Master Wang, Tao Transmitting Master Chen, and the hosting team for their hospitality and excellent venue arrangements. He emphasized that this seminar is more than just a seminar, but the beginning of a greater role and influence that each team will play in the digital space.

聚焦護道  結合實作演練
研討會以「同網同行，共塑亮麗形象」為主題，聚焦四大核心小組：

1. 學術組：負責內容撰寫與審核。
2. IT組：設計、平台技術與維護。
3. 公關組：活動宣傳與對外聯繫。
4. 網路督察組：線上紀律維護與風險管控。

A Focus on Safeguarding Tao: Pragmatic Simulations
The seminar, themed “United in Strength, Shaping a Bright Image,” focused on collaboration among four key working groups:
1.   Academic Group is responsible for content writing and review.
2.   IT Group is responsible for system design, platform management, and maintenance.
3.   Public Relations Group is responsible for communication and event promotion.
4.   Cyber Safety Group is responsible for online discipline and risk management.

研討會亮點：

• 專題演講：「在數位時代中，共同打造亮麗形象」。
• 四大組別分工與介紹：學術、IT、公關、網路督察的任務與責任。
• 工作坊與模擬演練：從「一篇貼文的誕生」流程演練，從撰稿、設計、審核到發布。以及突發事件應變（如錯誤內容或負面評論）的 SOP 演練。
• 跨區合作規劃：為即將到來的 120 週年一貫道祖師傳道120周年紀念宣傳部署協作。

Seminar Highlights:
●        Keynote lecture: “Building a Bright and Image in the Digital Era”
●        Introduction of the Four Groups: Roles and responsibilities of Academic, IT, PR, and Cyber Safety groups.
●        Workshops and Simulations:
o    “The Journey of a Post” – from drafting, design, review, to publication.
o    Crisis management training for unexpected incidents such as errors or negative comments.
●        Cross-Regional Collaboration Planning: Coordinating publicity efforts for the upcoming 120th Commemoration of I-Kuan-Tao Propagation by the Bai Yang era Enlightened Masters

強化效能 發揮正向弘道
本次研討會目的，讓全國 IT 與相關人才明確理解四大組別的角色分工；建立標準作業流程（SOP），提升效率與協調性；強化總會與各區域的橫向合作，擴大數位平台影響力；以及透過 Workshop 與 Role Play，培養實際操作與臨場應變能力。

Strengthening Performance · Upholding the Right Path
Seminar Objectives:
●        Ensure IT and related talents across the nation clearly understand their roles
●        Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for greater efficiency and unity
●        Strengthen coordination between the Headquarters and regional temples, expanding digital impact
●        Build practical skills and crisis-response abilities through workshops and role-play exercises

此次活動不僅增進彼此情誼，更鞏固了全國一貫道在網路時代正向弘道、建立社會正面形象的決心與共識。研討會最後以大合照圓滿畫下結束，同時也為共同打造亮麗形象展開序幕。

This seminar not only enhanced fellowship among participants but also reinforced the collective determination of I-Kuan Tao in Thailand to promote the Tao positively in the digital age, while shaping a bright image in society.
