全球總會蒞臨 熱情迎接
2025年9月2日，一場凝聚東協十國與全球目光的盛會，在泰國清邁隆重啟動。由泰國一貫道總會主辦的「2026年清邁一貫道東協十國高峰會」第一次籌備會新聞發佈會正式召開，為跨國宗教與文化交流揭開序幕。

World Headquarters Visit, Warm Welcome
On September 2, 2025, a grand event that drew the attention of the ten ASEAN nations and the global community was launched in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Hosted by the I-Kuan Tao (Anutharatham) Thai Center Foundation, the first preparatory press conference for the 2026 I-Kuan Tao ASEAN Ten Nations Summit in Chiang Mai was officially convened, marking the beginning of cross-border religious and cultural exchanges.

當日上午，泰國一貫道總會理事長陳國華點傳師、清邁辦事處籌備主任委員謝芳如點傳師及北部委員會代表，特別前往清邁國際機場，竭誠歡迎一貫道全球總會秘書長馬家駒點傳師蒞臨泰國。隨後，一行人親自陪同前往會場選址與飯店設施，進行實地勘察，確保2026年大會的規劃與接待圓滿完成，體現主辦國的高度重視與周全準備。

That morning, Master Chen Guohua, President of the I-Kuan Tao Thai Center Foundation , Master Xie Fangru, Chief Chairperson of the Chiang Mai Preparatory Office, together with representatives of the Northern Committee, went especially to Chiang Mai International Airport to extend a heartfelt welcome to Master Ma Jiaju, Secretary-General of the I-Kuan Tao World Headquarters, upon his arrival in Thailand. Subsequently, the delegation personally accompanied him to inspect the proposed venues and hotels, conducting on-site evaluations to ensure flawless planning and hospitality for the 2026 summit—reflecting the host nation’s utmost attention and thorough preparation.

Leaders Gather, Lighting Up Chiang Mai
The press conference was attended by distinguished leaders and working committees, including:

馬家駒點傳師（全球總會秘書長）蒞臨指導，強調全球總會對東協事務的關注與支持；

Master Ma Jiaju, Secretary-General of the I-Kuan Tao World Headquarters, who delivered guidance and emphasized the World Headquarters’ support for ASEAN affairs.

陳國華點傳師（泰國一貫道總會理事長）表示泰國將全力以赴，承擔起主辦國的責任；

Master Chen Guohua, President of the I-Kuan Tao (Anutharatham) Thai Center Foundation, who reaffirmed Thailand’s full readiness to take on the responsibility of host nation.

謝芳如點傳師（清邁辦事處籌備主任委員）率領北部委員會及各組籌備團隊，展現當地主辦的熱情與實力。

Master  Xie Fangru, Chief Chairperson of the Preparatory Committee, Northern Regional Office of I-Kuan Tao, together with the Northern Regional Committee and team leaders, demonstrated the enthusiasm and capability of the local organizing body.

這場啟動會議，不僅是泰國一貫道的榮耀時刻，更讓全球總會與東協各國總會看見區域合作的新起點；同時，也讓廣大泰國一貫道道親倍感振奮，見證歷史的一刻。

This inaugural meeting was not only a moment of honor for the I-Kuan Tao (Anutharatham) Thai Center Foundation, but also marked a new beginning of regional cooperation for the I-Kuan Tao World Headquarters and the ASEAN national associations. At the same time, it brought excitement and pride to Tao practitioners in Thailand, who witnessed history in the making.

Defining Guidelines and Directions
The meeting highlighted several core agenda items for the summit:

大會主題定調：「薪火相傳・東協同行・國際延伸」的精神，將貫穿大會始終，作為凝聚十國的共同信念。

Defining the Summit Theme
“Passing the Torch ・ Walking with ASEAN ・ Connection the World” will serve as the summit’s guiding principle, symbolizing unity and shared vision among the ten ASEAN nations.

合作平台建置：確立未來十國交流、資源共享、共同宣言的藍圖，並計劃推出「清邁宣言」，為東協一貫道合作立下里程碑。

Establishing a Cooperation Platform
Plans were made to enhance future exchanges, resource sharing, and a joint declaration, with the “Chiang Mai Declaration” envisioned as a milestone in ASEAN I-Kuan Tao collaboration.

首次公布大會標誌圖：結合總會及東協十國代表標誌圖、國際延伸的意象設計，象徵傳承與拓展，將成為大會視覺核心。

Unveiling the Summit Logo
The official emblem, blending imagery of the I Kuan Tao , ASEAN ten nations, and global expansion, was presented as a symbol of heritage and growth, serving as the summit’s visual identity.

後勤與國際參與：從會場到住宿、交通與志工支援，逐一規劃；並邀請新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼、柬埔寨、菲律賓等核心國家共襄盛舉，並歡迎緬甸、越南、寮國、汶萊以觀察員身份參與交流。

Logistics and International Participation
Preparations cover venues, accommodations, transportation, and volunteer support. Key nations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines will participate actively, while Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, and Brunei will be invited to join as observers.

東協新頁 國際視野
「2026年清邁一貫道東協十國高峰會」將於2026年3月17日至20日舉行，預計為期四天。除了匯聚東協十國代表團之外，亦將邀請全球總會、台灣各組線前人及負責群出席，並以文化晚會、青年論壇、教育論壇等多元形式，推動國際交流。

ASEAN’s New Chapter, A Global Vision
The ASEAN Ten Nations I-Kuan Tao Summit will be held in Chiang Mai from March 17 to 20, 2026, over a four-day period. Alongside the participation of ASEAN delegations, the I-Kuan Tao World Headquarters and senior leaders from Taiwan will also attend. Complementary activities will include a cultural gala, a youth forum, and an education forum, all designed to promote broader international exchange.

這不僅是一場一貫道會務的盛事，更是一場文化交融與東協共識的歷史時刻。對於東協十國的總會而言，這是跨越國界的合作契機；對全球總會而言，這是道脈延伸的重要見證；對廣大的泰國一貫道道親而言，則是共同參與、共襄盛舉的榮耀時刻。

This is not only a major religious event, but also a historic moment of cultural convergence and ASEAN consensus. For the ASEAN national associations, it represents a cross-border opportunity for cooperation. For the I-Kuan Tao World Headquarters, it stands as evidence of extending the Tao lineage to the world. And for Tao practitioners in Thailand, it is a proud honor to take part in this historic occasion.

隨著新聞發佈會的圓滿落幕，清邁已正式踏上籌備之路。這場高峰會，不僅是一次東協的匯聚，更是一場「由東協走向國際」的跨世代傳承。

Conclusion
With the successful conclusion of the press conference, Chiang Mai has officially entered the preparatory phase. The summit will not only gather ASEAN together, but will also serve as a true transmission of heritage--“from ASEAN to the World.”

當薪火相傳的光芒在清邁點亮，東協同行的腳步已然啟程，世界亦將見證一貫道的國際延伸。

As the lamp of transmission is lit in Chiang Mai, the footsteps of ASEAN have already begun, and the world will soon witness the global expansion of I-Kuan Tao .
