2025泰國一貫道總會《薪火相傳 匯聚東協》

為積極推動「2026年清邁東協十國一貫道高峰會」籌備工作，泰國一貫道總會理事長陳國華點傳師、副理事長兼籌備主任委員謝芳如點傳師，偕同秘書處成員，於2025年9月23日至26日展開新加坡與馬來西亞之友好拜會與邀請行程，為盛會奠定堅實基礎。

I-Kuan-Tao (Anutharatham) Thailand Headquarters President, Master Chen Guohua, together with Vice President and Preparatory Committee Chairperson, Xie Fangru, along with secretariat members, carried out goodwill visits to Singapore and Malaysia from September 23rd–26th to advance preparations for the 2026 ASEAN Ten Nations I-Kuan Tao Summit in Chiang Mai, laying a solid foundation for this historic event.

新加坡拜會 · 青年與文化核心的合作展望
9月23日，泰國總會代表團率先抵達新加坡，前往崇德佛院拜會新加坡辦事處姚作新點傳師、陳世華點傳師、詹史瑚點傳師等領導人。

Singapore Visit · Vision for Youth and Cultural Cooperation
On September 23rd, the Thai delegation arrived in Singapore and visited Chong-De Grand Temple, meeting with leaders of the I-Kuan-Tao Singapore Tao Office including Tao Transmitting Masters Yao Zuoxin, Chen Shihua, and Zhan Shi Hu. 

會晤過程中，雙方交流熱絡，賓至如歸。除遞交正式邀請函外，更圍繞「新加坡藍圖與合作展望」進行深度探討。

The discussions were cordial and constructive. In addition to presenting the official invitation letter, the two sides engaged in an in-depth dialogue on the Singapore Blueprint and Cooperation Outlook.

新加坡被定位為語言與青年交流的核心樞紐，並將在高峰會承擔：
●國際共同主席角色：提升東協一貫道的國際能見度。
●青年論壇主辦國：提出「東協青年交流平台」，培養跨國青年人才網絡。
●文化展演與十國之夜：展現多元文化，塑造國際形象。
●語言翻譯與評論：提供英/中翻譯支援，並擔任文化教育論壇評論人。

Singapore is positioned as the hub for language and youth exchanges and will hold the following critical roles in the summit:
●International Co-Chair: Enhancing the global visibility of ASEAN I-Kuan Tao.
●Youth Forum Host: Launching the ASEAN Youth Exchange Platform to cultivate cross-border youth networks.
●Cultural Showcase & ASEAN Night: Highlighting multiculturalism to build international presence.
●Language & Commentary Support: Providing English/Chinese interpretation and serving as commentators for cultural and educational forums.

新加坡的合作展望，將與泰國形成互補雙贏格局，共建「青年與文化並行」的國際路線，並成為《清邁宣言》與《合作備忘錄》中的核心推動國之一。

This cooperation will complement Thailand’s leadership, shaping a youth- and culture-driven global partnership, making Singapore a core contributor to the Chiang Mai Declaration and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

馬來西亞拜會 · 慈善與教育的核心支柱
9月26日，代表團轉往馬來西亞崇德佛院，拜會馬來西亞一貫道總會會長陳其彪點傳師、古金祥及劉永和榮譽會長、戴清境副會長、黃樹秘書長及莫華興署理及理監事成員。

Malaysia Visit · Pillar of Charity and Education
On September 26th, the delegation continued to Chong-De Grand Temple in Malaysia, and met with the President of the I-Kuan Tao Malaysia Headquarters, Chen Qibiao, and fellow leaders.

馬國總會熱情款待，會談氛圍親切而富有成果。會中重點討論「馬來西亞藍圖與合作展望」，達成以下共識：
●慈善實踐：馬來西亞將持續推動社會關懷與慈善事業，作為東協一貫道的慈善中堅力量。
●文化教育：以教育推廣與文化交流作為重要支柱，強化宗教與社會的互動。
●青年培育：著重在跨國青年交流與人才訓練，承接並支持新加坡的青年平台構想。

The delegation was warmly received with hospitality as the discussions focused on the Malaysia Blueprint and Cooperation Outlook. Key consensus was reached:
●Charity & Social Care: Malaysia will remain the backbone of ASEAN I-Kuan Tao’s charitable work.
●Cultural Education: Promoting education and cultural interaction as vital pillars, strengthening religious exchanges with society.
●Youth Development: Supporting cross-border youth training and complementing Singapore’s youth platform initiatives.

馬來西亞被認為是推進「教育×慈善×青年」三大領域的核心國家，與新加坡共同形成東協一貫道的雙引擎，為東協的長遠發展提供制度性保障。

Malaysia is recognized as a core country promoting the integration of education, charity, and youth development. By forming the twin engines of ASEAN I-Kuan Tao with Singapore, the sustainable growth for the future can be ensured. 

強而有力 歷史性的跨國共識
新加坡與馬來西亞的藍圖與合作展望，不僅代表各自的國家特色與優勢，更形成一套 「語言+青年+文化」與「教育+慈善+社會關懷」互補的雙核心模式。

A Historic and Powerful Consensus
The blueprints and cooperation outlooks of Singapore and Malaysia not only reflect their national strengths but also form a dual-core model that complements each other:
●“Language + Youth + Culture” (Singapore)
●“Education + Charity + Social Care” (Malaysia)

此一合作格局，將被納入《清邁宣言》與《合作備忘錄》，成為歷史性的重要記錄，展現東協一貫道薪火相傳、東協同行、國際延伸的強大決心。

This collaboration will be incorporated into the Chiang Mai Declaration and MOU, becoming a historic milestone and embodying the spirit of “Passing the Torch · Walking with ASEAN · Expanding to the World.”

確立藍圖 開創合作的新篇章
此次新馬拜會行程，不僅加深了東協一貫道各國之間的兄弟情誼，更確立了未來合作的宏大藍圖。透過新加坡的國際語言與青年交流優勢，結合馬來西亞的慈善與教育支柱，將為2026年清邁高峰會注入無可取代的力量，共同開創跨國一貫道文化交流與東協合作的新篇章。

Setting New Collaborative Milestones
This visit to Singapore and Malaysia deepened regional ties and established a forward-looking blueprint. By leveraging Singapore’s strengths in language and youth exchange, along with Malaysia’s core pillars of charity and education, the 2026 Chiang Mai Summit will gain unprecedented momentum, opening a new chapter in cultural exchange and ASEAN cooperation.
